OK, a lot of things have changed since I was last here. Some of them I can adjust to. Some I can ignore. But one thing I'm still trying to figure out... what's with the llamas? I've gotten a couple already since I've been back, and I was considerate and thanked the people who gave them to me, but I'll be honest... I have NO CLUE what they are all about. Anyone care to explain it to this poor ignorant soul?

I think it started out as an April fool's joke or something, but they're just basically something worthless you can give someone for whatever reason. Kids on here go crazy trying to collect them though, so I guess it was a smart move on DA's part. There are also now points that you can give people, but points have real value and they can be use for subscriptions, prints and merchandise... :)

Yeah, I've seen the points things, but didn't understand that either. Thanks for the clarification. :)

I asked the exact same questions when I returned Bruce. As I understand them, it's nothing more than an exchange of 'gifts'. To me they are worthless, and I frankly don't give a damn about Llamas. I cant even eat them, milk them or kick their hairy a**

So Llamas; baaaaa  (is that what they say?)

Yeah, I gave back Llamas just as a courtesy you know. And I am ever so happy if I dont receive any more furballs :D

I've only gotten a couple so far. Hopefully it won't be a deluge. If they are just for show, then show me some art, not a camel without any humps.

Yeah, I never caught onto that either. I still give them to people as a symbolic token of appreciation.

Maybe that's all it is. I guess I'll wait and see if anyone else knows. Thanks anyways.
